We had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with booking.com, one of the world’s leading travel e-commerce companies, to create a workspace that reflects their dynamic and forward-thinking corporate culture.

Booking.com approached us with a clear vision – they wanted an office space that would inspire creativity, collaboration, and innovation. They sought a design that would encapsulate the essence of their brand and provide an engaging and motivating environment for their employees. We were excited to take on this challenge and design an office that would not only meet but exceed their expectations.

DESIGN CONCEPT

Our design concept for the Booking.com office was inspired by the idea of “Traveling Through Spaces.” We aimed to transform the office into an experiential journey, where every corner told a unique story. To achieve this, we incorporated various travel motifs, such as destination-themed meeting rooms, a reception area resembling a hotel check-in desk, and open spaces that evoke the feeling of being in a bustling airport terminal.

FLEXIBLE LAYOUT

The office’s flexible layout was designed to accommodate various work styles, from traditional desk setups to cozy lounge areas for casual discussions and brainstorming.

DYNAMIC WORK ZONES

We created a variety of workspaces, including open collaborative areas, quiet nooks for focused work, and vibrant meeting rooms designed to resemble popular travel destinations around the world. Each space was equipped with the latest technology to enhance productivity.

NATURE INTEGRATION

Biophilic design principles were integral to our approach. Natural elements, such as green walls, indoor planters, and large windows with scenic views, brought the outdoors in and enhanced the overall well-being of the employees.

BRAND INTEGRATION

Booking.com’s brand colors and travel imagery were integrated seamlessly into the design, reinforcing their brand identity throughout the office.

RESULT

THE COMPLETED BOOKING.COM OFFICE DESIGN ACHIEVED THE PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN FUNCTIONALITY AND AESTHETICS.

It’s a space that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a sense of adventure. Employees now have an inspiring work environment that aligns with Booking.com’s mission of connecting people with incredible places to stay.
